1. Acceptance of Terms

ECO-ONEBRANDHOMES is a licensed Florida real estate developer and brokerage operating through Ecoways Realty LLC (Broker License #CQ1064554, Broker: Carlos Morales). Our services include:

• Development, construction, and sale of residential properties in Broward and Lee County, Florida
• An online property bidding platform enabling registered users to submit bids on available properties
• Real estate brokerage services for property acquisition, listing, and closing coordination
• Information services regarding our Eco Protection Program, FrameCAD construction technology, and property specifications
• Customer support and licensed agent consultations by phone, email, and in-person appointment

All real estate transactions are conducted through Ecoways Realty LLC and are subject to applicable Florida state law and the Florida Real Estate Commission regulations.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

Eligibility

To use our bidding platform or enter into any transaction with ECO-ONEBRANDHOMES, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and not be prohibited from doing so under applicable law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

Certain features of our Site, including the bidding platform, require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Termination

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, property floor plans, architectural renderings, and software, is the property of ECO-ONEBRANDHOMES or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating or purchasing a property. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without written permission
• Use any content for commercial purposes or for any public display
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

5. User Conduct

Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

6. Property Listings and Information

ECO-ONEBRANDHOMES makes every effort to ensure that property listings, specifications, renderings, and pricing information on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or withdraw listings at any time without prior notice.

Listing prices represent the opening bid amount unless otherwise specified and do not constitute a guaranteed purchase price. Final sale price is determined through the bidding process and is subject to the Bidding Terms available on this Site.

7. No Agency Relationship

Unless you have entered into a separate written buyer representation agreement with Ecoways Realty LLC, your use of this Site and the information provided herein does not create an agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and ECO-ONEBRANDHOMES or any of its agents. General information on this Site is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional real estate, legal, financial, or tax advice.

If you are working with an independent licensed realtor, please ensure your agent completes our Realtor Registration Form so we can coordinate your transaction appropriately.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ECO-ONEBRANDHOMES does not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Any specific property will remain available or listed at any particular price
• Results obtained from use of the Site will be accurate or reliable

Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to sell any property. All property sales are subject to execution of a formal purchase agreement and compliance with all applicable Florida real estate requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECO-ONEBRANDHOMES, ECOWAYS REALTY LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability for consequential or incidental damages are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of $100.00 or the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
